Divorce: what does “uncontested” mean?
All issues must be agreed in writing; net marital assets must be below $500,000. Neither party may be represented by counsel under the published eligibility condition. This benefit covers the named member only.
Adoption: what should families know?
Written consent from all parties is required. The benefit applies to an uncontested adoption of a minor, subject to the contract.
Trial defense: is every court case included?
No. This is defense of an eligible civil action against the member or spouse. Pre-existing matters are excluded. Hours increase with membership tenure. A separate trial-defense add-on has its own terms.
